Orders are prepared within 5–7 business days. Because many items are handmade or customized, processing time begins after your order details and payment are confirmed. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping charges and available delivery options are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates begin after the 5–7 business-day processing period and may vary by destination and carrier.
When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email used at checkout. Babycakez Kreationz is not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, or an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, but we will assist with a carrier claim when possible.
