Final Sale Policy
All items are custom, personalized, or one-of-a-kind finished products. For that reason, all sales are final and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after production has begun. Please review product details, sizes, spelling, colors, and personalization before placing your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact babycakezkreationz@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Claims submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for a replacement or refund.
Approved Resolutions
After reviewing an eligible claim, we may offer a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund depending on the issue and product availability. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the order was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
